стимулювати учнів до самостійного пошуку додаткової інформації по темі.
Виховувати почуття поваги до англомовного народу та
інтерес до культури країни та її мови.

Teacher: Good morning, dear children and guests of our lesson. Today is unusual lesson, because today we
are going to travel to one of the most beautiful country – Great Britain. But
we shall have an excursion in one city and I want you to guess the place what we are going to visit. So, please
look and the screen and solve the rebus.
Yes, you are
right. It is London and today we stop in this city. But how do you think why
this city? (Because London is a capital of Great Britain). Today the topic
of our lesson is “Travelling to London”

it:
Синквейн - це не звичайний вірш, а вірш, написаний відповідно
до певних правил. У кожному рядку задається набір слів, який необхідно
відобразити в вірші.
1 рядок - заголовок, в який
виноситься ключове слово, поняття, тема синквейна, виражене у формі (іменника).
2 рядок – опис теми (два
прикметники).
3 рядок – опис дії (три
дієслова).
4 рядок - фраза, що несе певний
зміст, відношення до теми (різні частини мови)
5 рядок - синонім, який повторює зміст теми.

T: And now it’s
time to our trip to London. As you see, on each table you have a double-decker
bus – one of the main mean of transport in London. So, we start our excursion.
Each of you will try yourself in the role of a guide and tell us about the
places of interest in London which are worth seeing. It was your hometask to
prepare the report about one sightseeing of London.
In order to see
the route of our excursion I’ll give a map.
So we start near Tower Bridge. The first guide will tell us the most
important and interesting fact about this place. The rest of the pupils are the
tourist from Ukraine and if you like the report you can give a point and tick
the sticker on this sheet of paper. And at the end we can decide who will be
the best guide.
